Heaven World Mercy Mission International is set up and formally registered as an arm of KIHEM Holy Throne of God on Earth to fulfill part of the ultimate plan of God to restore man to his original spiritual state before his fall, which is to Love and be Merciful as God is Loving and Merciful.(Matthew 4:10) Heaven World Mercy Mission International is thereby saddled with the responsibility of showing unreserved mercy and compassion to the impoverished in all forms of helpfulness according to their needs. This includes:

1. 1. Alleviation of poverty (e.g., enabling with monetary support to establish a self-sustaining trade)
2. 2. Clothing the naked
3. 3. Giving out food items to the hungry
4. 4. Housing the homeless
5. 5. Visiting the sick in hospitals with prayers and medical treatment supports where necessary.

This work of showing mercy and helpfulness to the needy has been ongoing within the Worshippers of God in KIHEM Holy Throne for over 20 years, however this ministry of mercy is specifically set up to expand the Mission of helpfulness to other communities at both national and international levels.
